You have 30 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us for a return, covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship; we will remake new glasses for you at no additional charge or issue a full refund after the issue is confirmed.
You’re eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months (P.S. This only applies to products with noticeable defects in the craftsmanship).

My experience with Optical4U was exceptional. I knew exactly the glasses I wanted, by far, the best price. The shipping was quick and got here well within the shipping timeframe. They were packaged with great care so they wouldn't get broken in transit. They were exactly what I asked for and in great, unused condition. I am very excited and satisfied with my new glasses.
