You’re eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months (P.S. This only applies to products with noticeable defects in the craftsmanship).

I ordered 2 pairs of progressive prescription glasses, one clear and one tinted. Ordering was straightforward with entering prescription easy, and clear communication to confirm it and throughout keeping me informed on progress. Both items arrived within promised delivery well packaged and as described. Overall excellent service and received 2 pairs for 1/2 the cost of last pair of progressives.
